On Site At East Road Residential Development
Premier Electrics are currently on site at the East Road Residential Development, in Dublin’s City Centre.
We are providing the full electrical Fit Out of this residential development and commercial space. The 554 build to rent apartments span across 9 blocks and 2 duplex blocks and are due for completion April 2026.
Delighted to be working with Bennett Construction on yet another prestigious project.
