Premier Electrics have successfully completed work on a new store concept for Fenwick, Bracknell. The regeneration project formed part of the Lexicon development which is providing 580,000 square foot of new shopping, dining and leisure facilities.
The 44 week scheme included several high end bespoke LED Lighting schemes, which were tailored to meet the specific requirements of the Client and Concessions. During the project, Premier Electrics had to adapt to substantial Client and Concession changes, whilst still achieving the original programme to ensure the opening date was successful.
The project was completed alongside construction group, Simons, who we have worked alongside on several high-profile projects, including the complex fit out of Buttermarket retail outlet in Ipswich earlier this year.
Premier Electrics Project Manager Liam Martin said, “Having worked with Simons before, we were awarded the Fenwick job on the back of previous success at Buttermarket, and it is great to see that our ability to consistently deliver on budget and on time is being recognised.”
He added “This was a challenging project due a number of bespoke features, but the final result is fantastic and we are all very pleased with the outcome”.
