Promoting employee health

As part of Premier Electrics approach to employee welfare we were delighted to recently welcome Health Matters NI to our head office.


Over three days they held one to one health surveillance appointments with this being a great opportunity for employees to get an overview of their health, and a chance for them to discuss confidentially any concerns they may have with a health professional.


Commenting on this initiative, Tony Shivers explained,


“As an organisation we place our people at the heart of everything we do. We believe that taking a proactive approach to health management is an important part of our responsibility as an employer and we are delighted to offer this service”.


There are a number of assessments offered to staff including hearing checks, lung function, vision and musculoskeletal health. In addition optional health screening is also available for Blood Pressure, Cholesterol and Glucose.
