Today, we marked World Heart Day by bringing our team together for a healthy breakfast and an informative session focused on Heart Health.

A big thank you to Grace Carson from Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke for joining us and delivering an engaging talk on the importance of looking after our hearts, recognising risk factors, and making positive lifestyle choices.

Alongside some delicious healthy treats, the session was a great reminder that small changes can make a big difference to our long-term health and wellbeing.
