Premier Electrics was proud to deliver the full electrical design and build for Marshall Yards, a landmark residential development comprising 554 build-to-rent apartments across 11 residential blocks, ranging from 2 to 15 storeys.

Our scope included the design, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems throughout the apartments, communal areas, gym facilities and external spaces.

Marshall Yards is a landmark Docklands development, combining high-quality homes with premium resident amenities to support modern urban living.
