ICON – The Hut Group, Manchester

Premier Electrics delivered the electrical design and CAT. B installation of ICON, The Hut Group’s new £150m warehouse, logistics and media creation studios at Manchester Airport.

The project consisted of three distinct parts including:

• CAT-B shell & core fitout of a 480,000 sq/ft warehouse and distribution unit.
• CAT-A alterations then CAT-B fitout of the 21,000 sq/ft warehouse office.
• CAT-A alterations then CAT-B fitout of the high specification 4-storey, 105,000 sq/ft main office.
