This project involved the Category A electrical installation of a 9 storey office block which offers 250,000 sq/ft of office space in Belfast City Centre. The fit out included a new NIE power infrastructure comprising of HV ring main unit supplying 2,500kva LV transformer feeding a purpose build distribution board, 1,600 amp rising busbars and a new intelligent iBEMS control system. It achieved an ‘excellent’ BREEAM rating.
