WeWorks Dublin

Premier Electrics were delighted to complete the electrical fit-out of One Central Plaza building for WeWork. This iconic building was once home to the Central Bank and is in the heart of Dublin enjoying fabulous 360-degree views of the city.

Working alongside main contractor TSK this project covered 73,000 square feet of office space over 8 floors. 

The complete electrical fit-out included a smart emergency lighting system, Lutron lighting controls and a bespoke lighting design to meet the requirements of the flexible office space.

The project was completed over a 28-week programme and is another fantastic project to add to the extensive Premier Electrics portfolio of work across Dublin.
